Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team Full-Time. This position is primarily in-person at our Ontario, OH office.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Independently Licensed (LISW, LPCC, IMFT) is preferred.
- Dependently Licensed? We provide supervision for motivated clinicians seeking independent licensure who are committed to a long-term clinical practice with us.
Schedule & Flexibility
- Full-time position.
- Hybrid Schedule: We prefer 4-5 days per week in-office, with the option for 1 virtual/telehealth day depending on how you set your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, intakes, and ongoing therapy for a diverse caseload.
- Utilize various treatment modalities to assist patients in achieving their mental health goals.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team (Psychiatry, Testing, Interventional Psychiatry) for holistic patient care.
- Manage scheduling and check-ins for your patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation via Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Provide virtual/video visits using Google Meet as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology required.
- Licensure: Valid Ohio license (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC) required.
- Experience: Prior mental health experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with EHR systems and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a desire to work as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen upon employment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (Options for Salaried or Fee-for-Service models depending on your needs).
