Clinical Supervisor - Illinois Crisis Prevention Network | Springfield, IL & Melrose Park, IL
Salary Range: Starting at $70,000 annually

As a Site Lead, you’ll play a central role in making that happen. You will guide a passionate team, keep the site running smoothly day-to-day, and ensure families, providers, and community partners feel supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
As the Site Lead, you will:
- Support the day-to-day flow of the site—keeping communication clear, tasks moving, and people connected.
- Be the go-to person for team support, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the ICPN Director on complex situations that need extra attention.
- Provide hands-on training and coaching to staff, families, and community partners.
- Work with agencies and other teams to help strategies carry over across settings.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and planning sessions.
- Support a respectful, positive, solution-oriented culture.
- Maintain compliance with DHS regulations and mandated reporting requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- A Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field.
- 2 years of experience in functional assessment, behavioral strategies, crisis support, or adapting clinical models (ACT, DBT, Skills System, etc.).
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience—formal or informal.
- Experience working with individuals with I/DD, Autism, Mental Health needs, or dual diagnoses.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity, empathy, and a desire to help teams succeed.
