Mobile Program Manager in Yavapai County
Hope Women’s Center is a Christian non-profit resource and referral ministry serving teen girls and women facing any difficult life situation. With centers located in Apache Junction, Phoenix, Coolidge, Maricopa, West Phoenix, South Phoenix, and Northern Arizona, Arizona, the ministry serves all seven communities providing mentoring, education classes, pregnancy testing, material assistance, resources, and referrals.
Position Summary:
An experienced, skilled, and motivated “Hope on the Road” Manager will help us grow this new model of bringing Hope’s services into the community through mobile locations at partner agencies, networking within the community, and providing direct services to women in crisis. Will also serve as the Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA) Program Manager for their assigned geographic area to provide oversight of Hope’s ĒMA services to clients and the coordination of the ĒMA program with community partners and agencies. The
Hope on the Road Manager is a highly relational, organized, and driven professional who can lead a busy team and believes in facilitating personal growth for every client by meeting initial needs, directing to larger Hope programs & services, leveraging collaboration with local partners, and supporting women in crisis with 1:1 case management and/or ĒMA program services. This position includes training as an ĒMA program advocate to manage a caseload of ĒMA qualifying moms when staff or ĒMA advocates are not available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Hope on the Road Program Manager will oversee a team of Hope on the Road Coordinators as well as managing a few selected sites themselves. They will oversee and work within the following areas of coordinating, support, oversight, and case management:
- Oversee HOTR coordinators located in partner agencies and make sure they are delivering 1:1 programming and resources to women.
- Help CEO and Director of Programs grow program in your geographic area and identify new sites for potential HOTR locations.
- Oversee the program data of women that connect to Hope’s services in this “on the road” model and ensure staff are entering data daily.
- Help coordinate material needs for women in crisis through Hope’s Boutique resources.
- Promote the ĒMA program to qualifying moms and conduct initial assessment/onboarding if interested in program.
- If mom is qualified as EMA Level 2 or 3, assign to a trained advocate or HOTR staff member.
- Oversee facilitation of all ĒMA Group or individual programming for your assigned geographic area.
- Contribute to Hope’s existing robust and updated database of community resources.
- Support the Hope Volunteer Coordinator in ongoing volunteer recruitment.
- Assist in cultivating an excellent team culture by working collaboratively across Hope’s programs to maintain program stability and ensure every client receives consistent and attentive care.
- Conduct weekly, collaborative team meetings (in person or via zoom) for coordinators reporting to you to update and review client caseloads and identify, discuss, and solve for challenges.
- Participate in regular collaborative team meetings with the other HOTR Managers and Director of Programs.
- Represent Hope at local networking meetings to promote awareness of Hope’s programs throughout assigned geographic area.

Candidate may be required to work a flexible schedule within the allotted full-time hours including an occasional evening or Saturday if during an event. Candidate must also have a reliable car to travel between locations in Camp Verde, Sedona, Cottonwood, and surrounding areas.
The Hope on the Road Coordinator must have a mature, committed relationship with Jesus Christ and be in agreement with HWC’s Statement of Faith.
