Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Staff to provide high-quality care and support to residents in our residential substance abuse program. This role involves client care, light cleaning/office duties, hourly room checks, ensuring their safety and well-being, and fostering a positive, respectful atmosphere.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe their condition to detect changes or concerns promptly.
- Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary guidelines
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, observations, and any incidents in compliance with privacy standards.
- Perform routine cleaning duties to uphold a safe, sanitary environment for clients and staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Requirements
- Certification or training in First Aid, CPR, and HIPAA compliance preferred but not required.
- Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in condition or behavior.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
