Role Description: The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide play therapy to children and adolescents. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Richardson, TX, with regular direct client contact.
Qualifications
- Active Texas license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Credentialed by a minimum of 1-2 major insurance providers.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Ability to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in mental health practice, including confidentiality and informed consent.
