Primary Responsibilities:
- provide individual and family therapy for each youth served
- provide clinical expertise and guidance to IIH Team members
- supervise IIH Team members
- assist with implementing a home-based behavioral support plan with the youth and his or her caregivers as indicated in the Person Centered Plan

Requirements
Job Requirements and Clinical Supervision:
- Experience working with children/adolescents is required.
- Ideal position for provisionally licensed professionals seeking full licensure
- Supervision towards licensure provided as well as training opportunities in the following evidence based treatment models: Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT); Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT); and Eco-Systemic Family Therapy (ESFT).
