FBS Crisis Responder

Description

Hope Services is seeking a Full-Time Crisis Responder within our Day Treatment Facility. This is a leadership position in our Raleigh location (Kidd Rd). 

Applicant should be a Qualified Professional who is:

• Comfortable utilizing crisis prevention and intervention strategies.
• Assists in behavior crisis situations as needed and responds appropriately during a behavior crisis.
• Able to defuse and deescalate behavioral outbursts according to HOPE curriculum interventions.
• Able to develop and implement a system to track all critical incidents of the program and communicate all critical incidents to appropriate clinical staff.
• Provide leadership and oversight of crisis management to other staff members.
