Licensed Massage Therapist - Independent Contractor

Hope & Serenity Collective is seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. This opportunity is ideal for both newly licensed therapists who want support building a practice and experienced therapists looking for a professional home with flexible scheduling and low overhead.

Compensation & Contractor Structure

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, giving you greater control over your schedule and practice.

After Month 3, the facility fee is $300 per month OR 30% of collected massage revenue, based on the applicable compensation arrangement.

Under the percentage model, you retain 70% of collected massage service revenue.

Example: If a massage service is $100, your share is $70, plus applicable gratuity.

This structure allows you to grow your practice without taking on the substantial fixed overhead associated with opening and maintaining your own massage studio.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional, client-centered massage therapy services
• Customize sessions based on each client's needs and preferences
• Maintain appropriate client documentation
• Educate clients on wellness and self-care when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and welcoming treatment environment
• Provide professional, reliable and exceptional client service
• Help create an experience that encourages clients to return

Qualifications

• Current Ohio license to practice massage therapy
• Professional, dependable and client-focused
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Commitment to appropriate sanitation, safety and professional standards
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative wellness team

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Experienced LMTs are equally welcome.
