What You'll DoAs a Retail Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of HOPE'S OUTLET-SHERMAN, ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and efficient service to customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handling merchandise, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
- Supporting team members with various tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
