Hope Rising Pregnancy Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead the daily operations of our North Dayton location. This role is ideal for a strong female Christian leader with a heart for serving women and families, a gift for organization, and the ability to guide people and systems with grace, clarity, and compassion. Because this position involves one-on-one interactions with female clients in sensitive settings, we are seeking candidates who can provide culturally appropriate, comfortable, and supportive care. You will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the center, ensuring consistent service delivery, volunteer engagement, and adherence to organizational policies and direction provided by the Women’s Programs Administrator. What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Supervise and mentor staff, including Office Assistants, Client Advocates, and Program Mentors.
- Ensure policy compliance and uphold high standards of client services.
- Oversee client intake, appointment scheduling, and accurate recordkeeping in eKyros.
- Conduct annual evaluations for staff and volunteers.
- Coordinate volunteer appreciation and engagement activities.
- Monitor budgets and review monthly statistics for accuracy.
- Serve as backup for Client Advocates, including performing pregnancy testing when needed.
- Communicate center needs and client testimonies to leadership.
- Prepare monthly reports and participate in staff and operations meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, management, ministry, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute between centers.
