Private practice looking for a licensed, experienced, confident, and dedicated professional to join the team. The therapist will be required to provide professional counseling services, keep accurate and appropriate documentation, and create treatment plans. This is a low-stress, low-pressure position.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel and provide intervention to clients on a variety of mental health issues. In a private practice setting.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, maintain confidentiality.
- Develop plans for individuals and families to attain their desired goals.
- Work with case managers to coordinate medical and mental health services.
- Assess and diagnose the psychosocial needs of clients and families through intake interviews.
- Maintain up to date and accurate case records.
