What are the responsibilities and job description for the Horseback Riding Instructor position at Hope Ranch?
```Duties:```
-Looking for applicants with full-time availability
-Looking for applicants with mixed experience with English/jumping and western disciplines
-Applicants with strong foundations: comfortable with english and western tack, proper equitation/position, teaching diagonals/leads, etc
-Provide coaching and instruction to students of various ages and abilities (therapy, english, western)
- Ability to coach lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Teach proper riding techniques, including balance, posture, and control
- Teach appropriate horsemanship skills
- Plan and organize equestrian events, such as competitions and shows
- Ensure the safety of students and horses during lessons and activities
-Helping with events hosted by Hope Ranch outside of normal lesson hours
-Keep stalls, stable, and arena clean
```Skills:```
- Equestrian background and appropriate riding experience required
-Previous experience coaching lessons is preffered but not required
-Confidence to teach basic to intermediate riding skills
-Preferred experience in both english and western disciplines
