· Partner directly with the CEO to support day-to-day operations, scheduling, and project coordination.
· Assist with special business projects, from process improvement to new initiatives.
· Create, organize, and maintain business documentation, reports, and workflows.
· Manage social media posts and light marketing communications.
· Research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
· Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
· Contribute ideas for improving efficiency, client experience, and internal organization.
