Company Description Hope Physical Therapy & Aquatics is an outpatient physical therapy private practice located at 103 Davis Road, Suite M, League City, Texas, United States. The practice provides both traditional physical therapy and aquatic therapy services to address a wide range of conditions. Role Description As a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in an on-site setting in League City, TX. Daily responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and assisting with aquatic therapy sessions as appropriate. You will monitor patient progress, document treatments accurately, and communicate observations and updates to the supervising Physical Therapist. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safe movement strategies, and ongoing rehabilitation goals. You will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe clinic environment and support a positive, respectful experience for every patient.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in functional exercise dosing and hands on manual techniques, with the ability to follow and execute individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong commitment to Patient Care and Quality Patient Care, including clear communication, empathy, and professionalism with diverse patient populations.
  • Experience in Orthopedics, including post-surgical rehab, musculoskeletal conditions, and strengthening programs.
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Texas and graduation from an accredited PTA program.
  • Ability to work on-site, safely assist patients with transfers and mobility, and adapt to a dynamic outpatient and aquatic therapy environment.
  • Accurate documentation skills, computer proficiency for ERM software, and the ability to follow clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prior outpatient and aquatic therapy experience is a plus.

Salary : $62,000 - $67,000
