Hope Network’s Neurological Rehabilitation program in Grand Rapids provides a supportive residential environment for individuals recovering from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions. As a Neuro Rehabilitation Technician, you’ll play a vital hands-on role in helping clients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Available SchedulesFull-Time, Part-Time & On-Call
Every other weekend required
High-need shifts:
2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm
3rd Shift: 11pm–7am
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mealtime needs
Maintain dignity, privacy, and safety at all times
Monitor vital signs
Assist with mobility exercises
Support medication management
Provide basic wound, catheter, and colostomy care
Facilitate PT/OT exercises as directed by therapists
Transport clients to appointments
Document progress and observations
Build trusting relationships
Encourage independence and engagement
Promote a positive, healing environment
Valid driver’s license
Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
- Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations
- Basic computer skills
