What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Care Coordinator position at Hope Network Behavioral Health?
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical consultations, evaluations, and rehabilitation programming for individuals with autism
- Assess individual needs and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise staff
You will also be responsible for ordering individual-specific treatment supplies and equipment, following established policies and procedures to ensure safety, and providing supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or OT students as required.
