About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work with individuals with autism at Hope Network Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical consultations, evaluations, and rehabilitation programming.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with primary Case Holders to ensure goals are included in Individual Plans of Service (IPOS)
- Complete timely documentation of progress notes and maintain accurate records of treatment
- Participate in staff education and training as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Strong understanding of person-centered approaches to treatment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
