Women’s Resident Advocate (Hope Center)

Resident Advocates work as part of the Hope Ministries continuum of care under the direction of the Director of Women and Children’s Ministries. The goal is to effectively meet with and challenge each resident to identify obstacles, deal with issues and move towards independence. The spiritual life of each person is first priority, but not out of the context of a holistic approach. Making appropriate referrals in and out of the organization is key. Each resident should have a case plan containing goals and evaluations measuring progress.
