HOPE Management is eagerly searching for an extraordinary individual who is committed for the long haul, intelligent, driven, well-organized, and a natural at connecting with people. This individual will lead the management of our apartment communities in Cody.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Tech Savvy: Knowledge with software applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with fundamental math skills required.
• Financial Responsibilities: Efficiently manage rent collections, application processes, and leasing units.
• Administrative Duties: Take charge of annual recertifications, the dispatch of 3rd party verification documents, and the seamless handling of move-outs.
• Inspections and Engagement: Conduct regular inspections and lead community activities that enrich the lives of our residents.
• Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with maintenance technicians to ensure the community’s upkeep and address needs promptly.
• Effective Communication: Issue lease violations, other notices, and maintain clear communication with supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A background in LIHTC or USDA Rural Development Programs is advantageous but not mandatory.
