The spiritual integration department is responsible for strengthening our ability to bear witness to Christ and His Kingdom through who we are, how we work, and how we serve the Church. The spiritual integration coordinator promotes and fulfills the mission and vision of HOPE International and of the spiritual integration department by supporting Christ-centered culture, coordinating events and resources, and developing systems and processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the spiritual integration department.

Responsibilities
- Promote and contribute to the fulfillment of HOPE International’s mission and vision.
- Christ-centered culture, communications, and event coordination
- Model and invest in Christ-centered culture and practice at HOPE
- Develop and respond to internal and external communications and respond to requests from global spiritual integration staff
- Document and distribute stories, updates, and learnings to foster institutional learning
- Provide planning and logistical support as needed for quarterly staff prayer days as well as other virtual or in-person events
- Coordination support for team retreats and gatherings
- Research and resource development
- Provide support as needed for team members researching for key trends, exploring resources, networking with industry leaders, and designing tools for building the global HOPE team’s expertise and methods for spiritual impact and serving Frontier* people groups
- Organize folders & resources with security and accessibility in mind
- Project coordination and administrative support
- Coordinate spiritual integration projects
- Coordinate meeting preparations, logistics, calendar management, and follow-up (including capturing key discussion notes and action items)
- Systems Development and Implementation
- Design and implement systems and processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Spiritual Integration team, like our use of Asana
- Develop tools and workflows to streamline communication, resource management, and project tracking
- Ensure systems are documented, accessible, and aligned with HOPE’s security and data integrity standards
- Continuously evaluate and improve systems to support scalability and global collaboration
Qualifications
- Personal confession of Christian faith and commitment to the mission and vision of HOPE International
- Prayerful dependence on the Holy Spirit
- Strong detail-orientation and organizational aptitude
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously and experience working independently
- Ability to connect confidently with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to develop and implement systems and processes to improve team efficiency
- Comfort with evaluating and improving systems for scalability and global collaboration
- Cross-cultural collaboration experience and enjoyment
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) and Asana preferred
- Experience with spiritual formation and discipleship preferred
- Familiarity with international development preferred
- High school diploma required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
