The BCBA Clinical Director at Hope Human Services will oversee the clinical programs and provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring implementation of high-quality, evidence-based practices. The BCBA Clinical Director will also train and mentor staff, collaborate with families, and ensure compliance with organizational and state regulations. This is a full-time on-site position located in Lakewood, WA.
- Expertise in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, and Psychology to support individualized client care
- Experience in Clinical Supervision, including training and mentoring clinical staff
- Background in Medicine or related healthcare fields is beneficial
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Knowledge of state regulations and experience in a residential services setting are a plus
