Reports to: Associate Director of Operations & Facilities
Shift: This is a Full-Time Day Shift position. Monday through Friday. Exact hours to be determined.
Job Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly
Compensation: Up to $27.261 per hour depending on experience
Job Duties Include:
- Perform maintenance and repairs at all facilities to include: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, etc.
- Work with Program Managers to satisfy maintenance needs.
- Keep Associate Director of Operations & Facilities apprised of any necessary issues and repairs.
- Perform regular inspections as assigned.
- Perform cleaning at any and all facilities.
- Distribute inter-agency mail.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience required. Two years or more preferred.
- Valid Drivers License Required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
