What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Worker position at Hope House Home Healthcare?
No experience necessary. We are an equal opportunity employer. We have both companion worker and direct care worker positions available.
A Companion Worker does no personal care. You play games with the client, talk, watch movies/shows, go on walks or rides, groceries as needed (transportation is not required), make meals, light-housekeeping, laundry, animal care, medication reminders, stand-by assist, and so on.
A Direct Care Worker does personal care. Therefore, all of the above, in addition to hands on assist, toilet/ bathroom care, incontinent care, and more!
