Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health Agency, providing compassionate and comprehensive patient care in a home setting. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments
- Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine patient needs, developing and implementing individualized, goal-oriented care plans.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Virginia
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and documentation standards compliant with HIPAA regulations.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening prior to employment; valid driver’s license preferred for travel between patient locations. This position is ideal for experienced RNs seeking a rewarding role in home health that emphasizes personalized patient care across a broad spectrum of medical conditions and specialties.
Service Areas Include: Warren, Page, Frederick, Clark and Shenandoah Counties.
Paid weekly per client visit and Intakes.
Pay: $22.58 - $27.19 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
