Clinical Positions
Hope Health Systems provides preventative and mental health services to children, adolescents and adults in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. We are currently recruiting clinical staff including psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical supervisors, registered nurses and psychiatric nurse practitioners and licensed therapists (LGSW, LGPC, LGMFT, LCSW-C, LCMFT and LCPC) for part-time and full time positions.
Lead Therapists for School Based Division
- Complete Bio-psychosocial Assessments on youth
- Provide Provisional Diagnosis
- Provide individual, family and group counseling
- Develop and provide prevention activities in small groups, classrooms and whole school
- Develop treatment plans, monitor treatment progress, and follow-up at disposition
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on activities performed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with COMAR regulations
- Respond to crisis, provide interventions and support to school staff
- Contact parents/caregivers and other essential individuals on a monthly basis for status updates and support
- Complete documentation within 24 hours of service delivery
- Work on an interdisciplinary team
- Advocate client needs within the school settings
- Attend all scheduled meetings, trainings, and chart audits with Hope Health Systems, Inc.
- Supervise therapists/Interns assigned to team
- Motivate and Inspire team members
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
- Maintain healthy group dynamics
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
- Encourage creativity, and constant improvement
- Ensure deliverables are performed to satisfy the clinic's requirements, cost and schedule
- Familiarize the team with the client and school needs, clinic specifications/requirements, deliverables, school-based process, and promote techniques and tools to support task performance at school
- Monthly contact with School Administration of schools assigned to team
- Develop and perform weekly team meetings with team members
- Attend Monthly Administrative meeting with Hope Health Administrative Staff
- Provide status reporting of team activities against clinic plan or school-based schedule
- Perform site visits to all team assigned schools, and write site reports
- General Administrative responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator and Program Director
