Clinical Positions
Hope Health Systems provides preventative and mental health services to children, adolescents and adults in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. We are currently recruiting clinical staff including psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical supervisors, registered nurses and psychiatric nurse practitioners and licensed therapists (LGSW, LGPC, LGMFT, LCSW-C, LCMFT and LCPC) for part-time and full time positions.
Family Service Coordinators (FSC)
Family Service Coordinators (FSC): FSCs work in a "mentoring" capacity to families receiving services at the clinic. FSC will be responsible for carrying out treatment goals set by the Rehab Specialist and Coordinator, and agreed upon by the consumer through the use of interventions designed to facilitate and foster functional improvement in skills and community living. The goal of the service is to use the community environment, to teach and promote the development of community living skills and positive social interactions while managing and coping with their mental illness.
Responsibilities and Expectations: contacts per each consumer per month 2. Progress notes for each encounter with client that document: behavior, intervention, response to intervention and plan. 3. Monthly Summary Reports 4. Regular collaboration with treatment team 5. Participation in ongoing trainings. 6. Full time or Part time commitment
Experience: Two years of experience working with children and adolescents
Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Analysis, and/or other mental health discipline.
