Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) who are driven to make a meaningful impact in their clients' lives. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality care, continuously developing their clinical skills, and utilizing evidence-based theoretical approaches.

Clinicians must:
- Be currently licensed to practice in Louisiana as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Have strong clinical skills in diagnosis, assessment, and treatment
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be comfortable with electronic records and the use of technology
- Stay up to date with current research and best practices
- Be able to work independently
Clinicians will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical counseling services to clients of Hope & Healing Counseling through the use of evidence-based therapies
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as primary care physicians and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care
- Demonstrating reliability and consistency by maintaining a regular schedule and ensuring timely attendance for all client sessions

Required education:
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in a counseling-related field
Required license or certification:
- LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
