Receptionist / Accounting Assistant:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as receptionist; welcoming and accommodating and directing all visitors and guests; answering incoming calls and transferring them when needed.
- Manage property leases, including tracking lease terms, renewals, and related documentation
- Oversee company vehicle fleet, maintaining schedules, inspections, and maintenance records.
- Support the Accounts Payable (AP) team with invoice data entry and recordkeeping.
- Provide general administrative support as needed for office operations and management.
- Maintain confidentiality as it relates to client and/or staff issues/information.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle interruptions.
- Regular, reliable, and prompt attendance is required
- Adherence to Hope Haven's Policies and Procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures and promote safety measures among team and clients.
Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative, office, or reception role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to follow through with oral and written direction.
- Professional appearance and demeanor. Customer focused. Team Player.
- Reliable personal vehicle and proof of state minimum insurance coverage.
- Ability to pass physical.
- Clearance from all applicable background checks as required by service standards.
