- Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy to children with a variety of needs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Document progress and contribute to ongoing treatment planning

We're Looking For:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current COTA license in the state of Florida
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
