Hope and Grace Counseling is a growing private practice in Bountiful, Utah, offering compassionate, evidence-based, and faith-informed therapy. Our work is rooted in attachment-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care (EMDR).
We serve individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational distress, and are committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Associate CMHC (ACMHC) to join our practice in a part-time or full-time role. This position includes a mix of in-person sessions in Bountiful and telehealth appointments, with flexibility based on clinician preference and client needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to adult clients (couples experience is a plus but not required)
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Develop treatment plans and track client progress
- Participate in consultation and/or supervision (for associates)
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of care
- Collaborate with practice owner as needed for client care and growth
Qualifications
- Active Utah license as LCMHC or ACMHC (or equivalant)
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Ability to work both in-person (Bountiful, UT) and via telehealth
- Strong clinical skills and desire to continue growing
- Alignment with a faith-based practice model (integration is client-centered and not imposed)
- Experience or interest in attachment-based, trauma-informed, or relational therapy preferred
