Compensation:
$78-$88/hour
Role Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will deliver personalized behavior analysis services to individuals in an on-site, full-time role based in Sunnyvale, CA. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising behavior technicians, and providing parent/caregiver training. The BCBA will work closely with families, monitor progress, and implement scientifically validated interventions to ensure each individual's success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Behavior Assessment, Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development, and data analysis
- Proficiency in supervision, training, and oversight of behavior technicians
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, families, and team members
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, techniques, and ethical considerations
- Holds current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseload
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
- Passion for making a positive impact and empowering individuals to reach their potential
