What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wraparound Facilitator position at Hope Enacted?
Wraparound Facilitator
Location: Colorado (Colorado Springs or Denver preferred)
Work Structure: ~80–90% Remote | ~10–20% In-Home & Community
Compensation: $40/hour (billable non-billable)
About the Role
- This is a relationship-driven role working directly with youth and families navigating complex challenges—emotional, behavioral, and system-related.
- This is not task-based work or a traditional case management role.
- You’ll be building real relationships with families over time, helping them create a team around them, and following through on what actually moves things forward.
We’re Looking for People Who
- Take ownership of their work
- Care deeply about working directly with families
- Go beyond the status quo to find creative solutions
- Have an unwavering commitment to long-term success
- Want to be part a part of a family's care coordination for 1-2 years per case
What You’ll Be Doing
- Facilitate wraparound team meetings (including family, providers, & supports)
- Implement the four phases of the wraparound model
- Help families define goals and build practical, working plans
- Navigate systems (schools, services, community supports)
- Maintain consistent communication across all team members
- Support families during difficult or high-stress situations
- Track progress and complete documentation
- Research further services for youth to access
- Meet families in homes or community settings when appropriate
Schedule & Caseload Expectations
This role fulfills full-time hours, given that the wraparound facilitator commits to this expectation before being hired
Ramp-Up Timeline
- First 3–5 weeks: onboarding initial families (20 - 30 hours/week)
- Around week 5: building into a full workload (~40 hours/week)
Caseload Structure
- Early: 3–5 families (more time-intensive at the start)
- Long-term: ~12–15 families as things stabilize
Schedule
- Self-managed and flexible
- Some evening availability is encouraged per family need
- Requires strong organization and follow-through
Remote Work Expectations
- Majority of work is from home
- You must have: reliable internet, a consistently private and professional workspace, & your own computer phone (all accounts, logins, and a Google Voice will be provided)
In-Person Expectations
- Approximately 10–20% of the role is in-person
- Includes home visits and community-based meetings
- Frequency depends on family needs
1099 Structure & Long-Term Fit
- This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, not a W-2 employee role.
- You are responsible for your own taxes and benefits
- You manage your own schedule and workload with mutually agreed-upon expectations of commitment
Important clarification:
- This is not short-term contract work.
- We are building a team of facilitators who want to be here long term and grow with the organization.
- There are no absolute guarantees of hours or income
- Work volume depends on caseload and engagement per facilitator
- Case referrals and admin work are completed on your behalf
- This role offers flexibility—but it requires accountability.
Compensation
- $40/hour (billable non-billable time)
- Mileage reimbursement for approved travel
Who This Role Is a Good Fit For
- Self-starters who can manage their own workload
- People who genuinely enjoy working with families
- Individuals comfortable navigating complex, real-life situations
- Those willing to go the extra mile when needed
- People looking for meaningful, long-term work
This Role May Not Be a Fit If You
- Need guaranteed hours or stable income
- Prefer a structured 9–5 environment
- Struggle with independent time management
- Prefer predictable, task-based roles
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (social work, psychology, human services, etc.)
- Experience working with youth and families
- Ability to work independently
