Transportation/Van Driver- MUST HAVE CDL

As a Transportation/Van Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our patients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport patients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality
Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including departure and arrival times, and any notable events or concerns
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient transportation, including scheduling, pickups, and drop-offs
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and reliable transportation
Create a positive and respectful environment for patients and staff during transportation
Requirements:
CDL REQUIRED
Valid Illinois driver's license and a clean driving record
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and assist patients as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in transportation or healthcare preferred
