Plan, organize, and lead group activities, events, and programs for residents, incorporating their interests and abilities
Collaborate with Activity Coordinators and other team members to develop and implement activity schedules that cater to diverse resident needs and preferences
Facilitate socialization and community building among residents through games, outings, and other recreational activities
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members to ensure a positive and supportive environment
Maintain accurate records of activity participation, progress, and resident feedback
Participate in rounding and assessment processes to identify resident needs and preferences
Contribute to the overall cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of activity spaces and equipment
