The Director of Product at Hope Consulting will lead the product management team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director will manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. This will involve working closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to achieve the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the overall strategic product plan, including product life cycle strategies, portfolio management, and product positioning. Act as the voice of the customer to ensure that user needs are incorporated into product planning and design. Work cross-functionally to coordinate the development, launch, refresh, and retirement of products. Manage product profitability and financial metrics, including revenue forecasting, price analysis, and margin optimization. Leverage market data, research, and stakeholder feedback to improve product offerings and user experience. Oversee and manage a high performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with an MBA preferred. Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with 5 years in a leadership role within a technology focused, customer driven organization. Experience in managing product lines, setting pricing strategies, and understanding customer needs. Proven track record of delivering successful products to the market, and a strong technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering teams. Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
