What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Professional position at Hope Community Services?
We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals:
P-LPC, P-LMFT, LMSW, or a LCSW.
- Provide CPST services to recipients, as assigned.
- Participates in staff training, mandatory supervision, staff meetings, as requested.
- Is familiar with Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health, & Behavioral Health
- Submit accurate and complete daily mental health counseling notes and daily service logs.
- Able to provide in person and telehealth sessions
- Communicate effectively by phone and email in a timely manner with other clinical/administrative staff, as needed for client related issues.
- Functions well in a crisis, using good judgment and keeping appropriate staff informed.
- Assess, review and/or monitor a recipient's status in relation to rehabilitation.
- Strong organizational, decision making and practical skills.
- Ability to prioritize scheduling with client’s, time management, organization, documentation, and office duties.
- Ability to work weekly with a caseload of minimum of 12
- Complete Documentation of sessions daily
