Overview
HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve.
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the Director of Crisis Continuum in overseeing the daily operations of our Urgent Recovery Center (URC). This individual will supervise URC staff ensuring that crisis intervention and behavioral health services are delivered effectively and in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a licensed behavioral health professional with experience in crisis services, clinical supervision, and multidisciplinary team coordination.
About the Position
As a Clinical Supervisor at the URC, you will oversee staff and ensure high-quality crisis intervention and behavioral health services. You will provide clinical supervision, conduct assessments, assist with de-escalation, and determine appropriate levels of care, including outpatient treatment or hospitalization. Additionally, you will work closely with law enforcement, courts, and inpatient facilities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will support staff training, program development, and the maintenance of a trauma-informed, recovery-focused environment. Flexibility to work on-call, evenings, and weekends is required to support 24/7 operations.
About the Program
The Urgent Recovery Center (URC) at HOPE Community Services provides 24/7 crisis stabilization and intervention for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health or co-occurring disorders. Our goal is to offer immediate, short-term care in a safe, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused environment. The URC serves as an alternative to hospitalization by providing rapid assessment, crisis de-escalation, and connection to ongoing support services. We work closely with law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners to ensure individuals receive the appropriate level of care, whether through outpatient treatment or more intensive services. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to helping individuals regain stability and take the next steps toward recovery.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Professional licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, etc.)
- Experience supervising clinical programs and staff in a behavioral health crisis setting
- Knowledge of crisis intervention, clinical assessments, and treatment planning
