Overview
HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma-informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Case Manager to join our Mental Health & Drug/DUI Court Program. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, advocacy, and resource coordination, as well as a strong commitment to supporting clients involved in the justice system. About the Position
As a Case Manager you will provide advocacy, linkage, and case management services to support clients in maintaining their community tenure. Your role includes assisting clients in developing recovery plans, accessing resources, and building independent living skills. You will work closely with court treatment teams, maintain required documentation, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency guidelines. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver services in both community and office settings.

The Mental Health & Drug/DUI Court Program at HOPE Community Services offers critical support to clients navigating the justice system while addressing behavioral health and substance use challenges. Through advocacy and resource coordination, the program empowers clients to build healthier lives, develop independent living skills, and maintain community tenure.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain Case Management II (CM II) certification.
