Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM, Friday 8 AM – 3 PM)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team. This position plays a vital role in delivering patient-centered care by supporting our providers in daily clinical functions, patient education, and coordination of care. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a provider
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist during clinical procedures
- Accurately document patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Administer medications, injections, and immunizations per provider orders (within licensure scope)
- Perform basic laboratory tests, collect specimens, and conduct point-of-care testing
- Assist in patient follow-up, education, and coordination of care
- Ensure clinical areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with clinic protocols
- Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and infection control policies
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Previous outpatient clinic experience preferred
- Familiarity with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)
