Summary:
The Marketing Director is responsible for driving patient growth, market expansion, and brand positioning across HOPE Community Medicine. This role leads high-impact marketing strategies focused on increasing patient volume, expanding into new service areas, and strengthening community presence, particularly in rural and underserved markets. The Marketing Director reports to the CIO.
Expectations:
- Drive measurable patient growth across all clinic locations and service lines.
- Lead expansion marketing efforts in new markets.
- Develop targeted strategies to increase Medicaid, Medicare, and uninsured patient
- engagement.
- Ensure strong community presence through outreach, partnerships, and local engagement.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality branding across all platforms and campaigns.
- Utilize data and analytics to continuously optimize marketing performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with operational and growth goals.
- Abide by Rules of Confidentiality and follow policies in the employee handbook.
- Demonstrate awareness of and compliance with the mission of HOPE Community Medicine.
Job Duties:
- Execute growth-driven marketing campaigns focused on patient acquisition and retention.
- Lead community outreach efforts including events, mobile clinic promotions, and partnerships.
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO, paid ads).
- Identify and penetrate new markets through grassroots and targeted marketing efforts.
- Analyze patient trends, referral patterns, and campaign ROI to guide strategy.
- Coordinate with clinic leadership to maximize visibility and utilization of services.
- Oversee branding, messaging, and reputation management across all channels.
- Build relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, and community leaders.
- Support service line growth including behavioral health, pediatrics, OB, and pharmacy.
- Assist with marketing for recruitment, grants, and organizational initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning and leadership team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by the CIO.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and execution-focused mindset.
- Experience in growth marketing, patient acquisition, and community engagement.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic, results-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Frequently required to travel locally for outreach, events, and clinic support.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
