Role Description
The Worship Director will oversee and lead Hope Church NW's music ministry, planning and directing engaging worship experiences that align with the church's mission. Responsibilities include leading worship music, collaborating with the pastoral team on service planning, developing musical arrangements, and coordinating rehearsals with the worship team. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Renton, WA. The Worship Director will mentor and support team members to cultivate their talents while ensuring excellence and spiritual connectivity in the worship experience.
Qualifications

- Participate in all Production/creative meetings.
- Oversee all worship and musical elements for the church.

- Manage the Scheduling of musicians and worship leaders for weekend services, as well as student services.
- Manage band rehearsals.
- Ensure that the band is able to play songs with excellence.
- Identify, invite, mentor, and empower leaders to be a part of the Worship team
- Serve as the primary worship leader.
- Be willing to lead in other environments as necessary.
- Communicate with other worship pastors and watch other church services to gain insight and develop ways to improve the effectiveness of the worship experience.
