What You’ll Do
The Admissions Coordinator partners with other Admission Coordinators to ensure all prospective residents are vetted properly, scheduled for admission when applicable, ensures reports are correctly written and sent in a timely manner. This is achieved by sharing the gospel with potential residents, family members, and members of the community, with the goal of increasing admissions to the ministry’s programs. As a minister of the gospel, the Admissions Coordinator is responsible for facilitating marriages, communion, baptisms and funerals as those opportunities present themselves, serving the spiritual needs of individuals and communities through these important moments of life and faith.
- Walk with prospective residents and families through the admissions journey — from first contact to entry
- Conduct phone interviews and gather important background details with empathy and professionalism
- Liaise with attorneys, judges, probation officers, and community leaders to advocate for new admissions
- Ensure that all forms, fees, and sponsorships are in place before admission
- Coordinate admission dates and prepare each individual for a strong start
- Communicate timely updates and send reports (admission, legal, dismissal, etc.) with excellence
Relationship Management
- Be a positive, faith-filled representative of Hope Center Ministries
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with churches, court systems, sponsors, and support networks
- Reach out to local communities, coalitions, and organizations to promote our mission and invite support
Performance & Leadership
- Meet a monthly goal of at least 12 admissions to support the health of the ministry
- Raise sponsorship funds to remove financial barriers for incoming residents
- Attend weekly team meetings and monthly leadership development sessions
- Collaborate with the National Champion Admissions Coordinator and center staff to improve outcomes
Administrative Excellence
- Maintain organized records using tools like Microsoft Excel and internal systems (e.g., Dazos)
- Complete and send reports accurately and on time
- Balance multiple tasks with grace and focus

What You’ll Need
- Basic knowledge of administrative systems, phone communication, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Driver's license
