Part-Time Mental Health Intake Coordinator

H.O.P.E. Behavioral Health is hiring a Part-Time Mental Health Intake Coordinator to complete intake assessmentsand initial person-centered treatment plans for new clients entering care.
This role is ideal for a licensed Maryland clinician who enjoys assessment work, documentation, and supporting timely access to services.
Responsibilities
- Complete biopsychosocial intake assessments
- Develop initial person-centered treatment plans
- Establish medical necessity and appropriate level of care
- Ensure documentation meets COMAR and Medicaid standards
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Requirements
- Active Maryland license:
- LMSW
- LGPC
- LCPC
- LCSW-C
- Experience with intake assessments and treatment planning
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay Structure (Per Intake Initial Treatment Plan)
- LMSW / LGPC: $120 per intake and initial treatment plan
- LCPC / LCSW-C: $140 per intake and initial treatment plan
