Our Behavior Technicians make a daily difference by helping individuals grow from preschool through their teenage years. Working directly in homes, schools, and community settings, you will utilize Applied Behavior Analysis principles to teach vital communication, social, self-help, and play skills. Within this role, you will receive consistent guidance, mentorship, and clinical oversight from our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Case Supervisors.
*Monday-Friday availability. 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (schedule varies, flexibility required)
*Must be willing to travel up to an hour to client destinations
*Spanish speaking and ASL is a plus!
Duties:
- Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to individuals in their home and/or community setting(s).
- Teach a variety of skills, using principles of ABA (communication, social, self-help, play, safety awareness).
- Follow and implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Case Supervisor and Clinical Director.
- Record and read accurate data
- Follow HIPPA confidentiality standards and maintain a professional demeanor
- Collaborate and communicate with team members and office manager
- Frequent travel throughout Tulare and Kings County
Education/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. RBT or ABAT preferred
- Morning, afternoon, evening, availability. Must be available a minimum of 20 hours per week and open to a varied schedule
- Must pass background/fingerprint clearance and TB test
- Reliable transportation, proof of valid driver’s license, safe driving record and auto insurance
