Job Overview
We're looking for a Director of Operations who can lead and optimize our core operational functions. This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day activities, driving process improvements, and implementing scalable strategies to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for leadership. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services while maintaining full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive oversight of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
- Ensure the efficient coordination and execution of individualized care plans.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to ensure optimal performance
- Direct the recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of administrative personnel and caregiving staff.
- Conduct formal performance evaluations and implement professional development initiatives.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, professionalism, and employee engagement.
- Address employee relations matters with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements governing home care services.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and compliant client and personnel records.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in home care, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in care management software; experience with SwyftOps is highly desirable.
