What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher position at Hope 4 Kids Early Learning Centers?
Hope 4 Kids Early Learning Centers is looking for passionate educators to join our team! We are a year-round, multi-campus preschool and infant/toddler program in Santa Barbara, offering high quality care for children 0 months through pre-kindergarten. As a ministry of Hope Community Church, we are a faith-based program and believe strongly in communicating Christian values to the next generation through our curriculum. We also follow an outdoor learning philosophy, based on years of solid research showing the amazing benefits of outdoor play! Children at all three of our campuses enjoy a significant amount of time in our outdoor classrooms, learning naturally by exploring the world around them.
We are currently hiring for several part-time and full-time positions, including preschool teachers and teacher’s aides.

Requirements:
-Love working with children outdoors
-Pass a background check and health screening
-Strong work ethic
-12 ECE units preferred
