Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and take food and beverage orders
- Serve drinks and meals accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Monitor guest needs and respond professionally to concerns
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and workplace policies
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays
