Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties, including processing payments through POS systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experience.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations within the bar area.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
