Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overseeing all patient care
· Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
· Administer medications and treatments
· Assist with care plans as needed
· Oversee CNAs on the unit.
· Demonstrate excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication and teamwork.

Requirements
Experience:
- 1 year LPN- Preferred
- Long Term Care Experience preferred
License:
- Indiana LPN License (Required)
