Essential Duties And Responsibilities (is Not All-inclusive)
- Load chicks into separator
- Receive and unload eggs from the delivery truck
- Place eggs on trays
- Load trays into incubators
- Transfer eggs from incubators to hatchers
- Dump product waste
- Wash all equipment
- Clean and sanitize equipment
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must be able to maintain quality control standards
- Knowledge of reading and writing the English language
- Ability to count and record numbers accurately
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work well with others
- Must be able to push heavy equipment
- Must be willing to handle live poultry
- Must be able to understand and meet deadlines
